# ⏱️ Ride Schedule & Itinerary
#### **Day 1: The Journey & Pool Party**
* **05:30 AM** – Reporting at LMT Store / Gathering at JVLR–Eastern Express Highway junction.
* **06:30 AM** – Briefing and safety tips under Vashi Bridge (Palm Beach Rd).
* **08:00 AM** – Breakfast en route ([Google Maps Location]

* **10:00 AM** – Reach the resort, check-in, unpack, and change into swimwear for a dip in the

natural pool.

* **02:00 PM** – Assemble for lunch, followed by more pool time or rest.
* **05:00 PM** – Evening high tea.
* **07:00 PM** – Ice-breaking session for newcomers, music, and bonfire (monsoon-permitting).
* **09:00 PM** – Dinner at the resort.
 
#### **Day 2: White Water Rafting & Return**
 
* **07:00 AM** – Wake-up call.
* **07:30 AM** – Breakfast, then check out and head straight to the **Rafting Point**.
* **01:00 PM** – Lunch.
* **01:30 PM** – Gear up and head back toward Mumbai.
* **06:00 PM** – Ride closing at Palm Beach Road and disperse. *(Actual ending time is unpredictable).*

### 🎒 Packing Checklist & Requirements
 
* **Vehicle & Admin:** Tank full of fuel (before arriving at the start point), all valid bike documents, and 1 valid ID proof.
* **Rider & Pillion Gear (Strictly Mandatory):**
* Full-face helmet (ISI/DOT certified)
* Riding jacket
* Riding gloves (must cover fingers)
* Knee & elbow guards
* Proper riding shoes
 
 
* **Personal Items:** Clothing for 2 days, swimwear, rain gear, personal medications, first aid kit, masks, and hand sanitizer.
### ⚠️ Important Guidelines & Disclaimer
1. **Safety First:** If you do not have the mandatory safety gears (both rider and pillion), you will not be allowed to ride, and registration fees will **not** be refunded.
2. **Group Discipline: ** No individual is allowed to leave the group early without the explicit review and approval of the Group Lead. Stick to the group pace.
3. **Health & Hygiene: ** In case of any sickness, please abort the ride. Carry sanitizers and follow basic safety etiquette.
4. **Liability: ** The organizers/management team are not liable for any personal injuries, accidents, hospital assistance, loss of life, third-party damages, or loss/damage of personal belongings and motorcycles. Alcohol requirements must be managed individually.
