13:00 hrs: Arrival at Campsite & room/tent allocation (Swimming allowed for swimmers—carry extra clothes!)

🪖 Mandatory Safety Gear: Full-face ISI/DOT Helmet, Riding Jacket, Gloves (full fingers), and Shoes/Boots.

⚠️ IMPORTANT RULES & GUIDELINES

Safety Gear Mandatory: Full protective gear (Helmet, Jacket, Gloves, Shoes) is compulsory for both Rider and Pillion. Registered participants without mandatory gear will not be allowed to ride, and fees will not be refunded.

Group Riding Protocol: Riders must stay with the group and maintain a safe speed of 60 – 80 km/h. No early departures allowed without group lead approval. This is an adventurous touring ride, not a race.

Vehicle Preparation: Please arrive with a full tank of fuel.

Health & Safety: Mask up where required, carry hand sanitizer, and report any signs of feeling unwell immediately. If feeling sick, please abort the ride prior to departure.

Alcohol: Attendees must manage their own beverages. Organizers are not responsible for any loss, misplacement, or alcohol-related issues.
